Quite an... interesting afternoon at the Ministry, I daresay.

My new location has given me ample time to experiment with some new ingredients. There are several potions that definitely need updating, particularly as I have found other ingredients that react better than ones found in England.

Truly, it's amazing what a bit of grapeseed oil will do for restorative draughts. Similarly, some of the creatures found around here have a more exotic flair given the proximity of Africa. There is a species of animal down here known as the Frendelwaiths -- a niffler mixed with something. However, the spines the creatures have seem to work well in various poison antidotes, even if the spines themselves are quite poisonous.

It's a Potion master's dream down here.

Alright. It's bee four days. Someone get me the hell out of here and now.

I don't know if I can take another day or two in this bloody place. The hand has nearly healed back to where it was before I was taken. But as of right now, I'm going to go stir crazy soon.

Hell, I haven't even brewed anything in four days. This has to be a record.
